Justin accidentally started "investing" in real estate with a preconstruction SFH during the pandemic in mid-2020. He was lucky to make a decent profit from assigning the contract while the market was crazy hot. However, he realized this is not a system that could be replica over and over to create the lifestyle he had envisioned. This wasn't investing but SPECULATION!
Instead of using the profits to continue speculating the market. He knew there must be a more sustainable way. That is when he decided to reinvest it back into the greatest asset he had. Himself!
He decided to get himself financially educated, to give him the confidence he need to continue scaling his portfolio. He also decided to find mentors, someone who are where he wants to be to show him how to fast-track his success. Finally, he surrounded himself with other like-minded people because he learn that his network is his net worth. Not only in money, but also in knowledge, and resources.
